USMNT star Yunus Musah has taken on a crossbar challenge at AC Milan, with the American coming up against club colleague Noah Okafor.

WHAT HAPPENED?
United States international Musah is preparing for his second season at San Siro. He made 40 appearances in his first, with the 21-year-old midfielder settling quickly in Italy alongside fellow countryman Christian Pulisic.

Musah has been promised a regular role in 2024-25, which is allowing him to relax ahead of competitive action resuming. He rejoined the Milan squad during their pre-season tour of the U.S. after representing his country at the 2024 Copa America.

Musah has been having fun in training, with a skill test set up that also saw Swiss winger Okafor and Nigeria international Samuel Chukwueze take part. Musah struck the frame of the goal with one of his efforts, but it was Okafor who claimed the win after hitting the mark with both feet.
WHAT NEXT?
Milan, with Pulisic also back in their ranks and among the goals in friendly dates, are counting down the days to a Serie A opener against Torino on Saturday. Musah will hope to figure in that contest, but still faces fierce competition for places under new boss Paulo Fonseca.
