  • WHAT EMMA HAYES SAID

In the clip, Hayes can be seen saying to the ring designer: "I'd really like to come up with a gift for the players. Ambitious, competitive, words like that.

"I like the idea of a Championship ring highlighting their strengths. Something traditional, something gold."

After seeing one of Gordon's creations, she said: "Oh wow. That is so nice, I absolutely love it. It's hard to capture 12 years but I think you've done an amazing job.

"I want to say thanks to Becky for your unbelievable effort on it."

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Hayes has spent 12 years as Chelsea head coach, winning multiple Women's Super Leagues, FA Cups and League Cups - but on Saturday it will all come to an end. After the trip to United, Hayes will take over as USWNT boss this summer, ending a glittering spell with the Blues. And she could yet end on a high if they win a fifth-straight WSL title this weekend, as a hugely significant era draws to a close.

  • WHAT NEXT?

Chelsea sit top of the WSL on goal difference ahead of Manchester City. While the Blues travel to fifth-placed United, City are away at mid-table Aston Villa. Chelsea just need to beat the Red Devils and preserve their superior goal difference to win the title.
