In light of his difficulties, there have been rumours that United may consider selling Hojlund in the upcoming transfer window to bolster their finances. Nevertheless, as long as he remains a Red Devil, Amorim is adamant that Hojlund will continue to receive his backing.
WHAT AMORIM SAID
Speaking about Hojlund’s situation, Amorim told reporters: "A striker needs to score goals... so we try to help him and he is trying really hard and he wants things so bad he makes it worse. He created one situation against Wolverhampton, and he is improving the small things. The goal will come."

United will be keen to bounce back quickly from their disappointing result against Wolves when they face Bournemouth in Premier League action this Sunday. It offers Hojlund another opportunity to break his goal drought and help his team push for a strong finish to the season. Following their domestic assignment, United’s attention will shift to continental matters, with a crucial Europa League semi-final first leg against Athletic Club looming on May 1 in Spain.
