The valuation effectively rules Borussia Dortmund out of the running to sign the winger permanently as they are not in a strong enough financial position to match such a huge fee.

After Sancho's infamous public fallout with manager Erik ten Hag last August, he was sent out on loan to the Bundesliga club during the January transfer window.
