Room 1804 DesignTHE BIGGER PICTURE
In documents supporting their case, the company claim they have been refused access to the SkyBar since September and have only been allowed to enter for maintenance reasons. They claim Real have terminated the "lease agreement" and want the premises to be handed over by Anastasia free of charge. The company has debts to settle, however, namely with suppliers, including drinks brands Schweppes and Heineken, and could enter bankruptcy if it cannot recoup at least a portion of the €4m (£3m/$4m) it has invested into the venue.
