    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Guehi, who had picked up a groin problem in England's previous clash against Andorra last week, was initially doubtful for the clash, but he eventually did take the field and contributed with a goal. The Palace star received heavy praise from manager Tuchel, who called the defender the "best team-mate".

  • WHAT TUCHEL SAID

Speaking to ITV, Tuchel said: "It’s the example of how the boys were in this camp, exactly like this. They put their personal interests aside. He was the best team-mate possible and had a fantastic performance. Very strong for Crystal Palace and showed it today on the pitch."
