WHAT HAPPENED?
Liverpool are planning an offer of £30 million (€35.1m/$41.2m) for Palace defender Guehi, according to the Daily Mail. The England international is out of contract at Selhurst Park next year and is said to favour a move to the Reds ahead of other Premier League teams.

Guehi has established himself as one of the best centre-backs in the Premier League and helped Palace win the 2024-25 FA Cup with a brilliant performance in the final against Manchester City. It's thought the Eagles value the 24-year-old around the £70m mark, but his contract situation could force the Croydon outfit to accept a fee almost half than less of their valuation.
DID YOU KNOW?
With Jarell Quansah due to move to Bayer Leverkusen, Liverpool are in need of greater depth at centre-back. Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate was the preferred partnership during the title-winning campaign, but the Frenchman has not yet extended his own contract at Anfield, which could open up a starting spot for Guehi.
