Timely boost for Liverpool! Goalkeeper Alisson returns for Jurgen Klopp's men for Crystal Palace clash after three-game absence

The Reds received a massive boost ahead of their crucial Premier League clash against Crystal Palace as star goalkeeper Alisson returned to Jurgen Klopp's starting lineup after missing the team's three matches due to a hamstring injury.

The Brazilian picked up the knock during the club's 1-1 draw against Manchester City last month and after that remained sidelined for the Europa League clash against LASK and Premier League matches against Fulham and Sheffield United.

Other than Alisson replacing Caoimhin Kelleher, Klopp made four more changes in the team that started against Sheffield United on Wednesday. Kostas Tsimikas and Jarell Quansah start in the backline while Ryan Gravenberch and Darwin Nunez are back in the playing 11.

The former AS Roma goalkeeper has managed to keep five clean sheets in the ongoing season out of which four are in the Premier League. The Reds have leaked 20 goals in the league thus far and are two points behind league leaders Arsenal.

Currently on an eight-game unbeaten run in the Premier League, Klopp's men have a golden opportunity to climb to the top of the table temporarily if they manage to beat Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace on Saturday.
