    Mbappe is in danger of missing Real Madrid's first match at the Club World Cup after he was absent from training on Tuesday due to a fever. El Chiringuito report the France captain was not spotted among the first-team squad as they went through their preparations for their tournament opener against Al-Hilal and there are now concerns he may not be available.

    New manager Xabi Alonso already has a few fitness issues to concern himself before his first official game in charge. Defenders Antonio Rudiger, David Alaba, Eder Militao and Ferland Mendy were included in their traveling squad but have to be monitored carefully after suffering serious injuries last season, while Eduardo Camavinga and Endrick have taken knocks in the past few months.
