Juventus look to force Man Utd into Mason Greenwood decision with £40m transfer bid – but may yet turn their attention to another Red Devils outcast in Jadon Sancho

The Bianconeri are in the market for more creative and goal-scoring options, with Greenwood registering on their recruitment radar following a productive loan spell at Getafe. He plundered 10 goals while in Spain and is now being linked with clubs across Europe.

Napoli are another heavyweight outfit in Italy that are said to be keen on Greenwood, but the Daily Mail reports that Juve now have an offer on the table. Discussions between the Turin-based outfit and Premier League giants United are said to have been “underway for some time”.

United are yet to sanction a sale, as they wait on counter bids, and that may force Juve to consider luring an alternative outcast away from Old Trafford. Jadon Sancho, fresh from a loan at Borussia Dortmund that allowed him to grace the Champions League final, is said to be another player that the Bianconeri are keen on.

Several deals are currently being mulled over at the Allianz Stadium, with Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz another player in Juve’s sights – with it suggested that they could offer USMNT star Weston McKennie and England U21 international Samuel Iling-Junior in part-exchange for the Brazilian playmaker.
