Jesse Lingard finally opened his account in South Korea as the former Manchester United star bagged his first goal for FC Seoul from the spot.

  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    The English forward joined the Korean giants in the winter but had struggled to find his feet in new surroundings. However, he finally scored his first goal for Seoul in a 2-0 triumph over Gangwon when he converted from the penalty spot in the 56th minute.

    Lingard had to undergo a knee surgery in March which kept him sidelined until the third week of May. He has been gradually gaining confidence and was even applauded by the fans in a recent 3-0 win over Suwon FC in the K League.
