Inter to ditch tradition and wear golden kit for Champions League final with PSG set to don traditional navy strip

Simone Inzaghi's side will not wear their usual black and blue-striped home jersey for the showdown in Munich this weekend, instead confirming that they have opted for their third kit. PSG, meanwhile, will wear their home kit, which would clash with Inter's first-choice strip.

The game will take place in Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena in Munich, but PSG are designated as the home team and are entitled to wear their home kit, ESPN reports. Inter could have picked their away kit, which is mostly white, but opted for golden-yellow shirt and black shorts.

It is the first time Inter have worn their third kit in the final, having reached the tournament decider six times before. The Nerazzurri had been fighting for a European and domestic treble, but lost out on the Serie A title and Coppa Italia.

PSG are still on track to complete the treble, having won Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France, but Inter will be out to derail their hopes of a historic victory in Germany on Saturday evening.
