WHAT HAPPENED?
The Uruguay international managed to hit the woodwork a record four times against Chelsea during Liverpool's Premier League clash on Wednesday. That is the most shots hitting the frame of the goal from a single player in a Premier League match since the 2003/04 season, according to Opta.

The Reds cruised past the Blues to register a crucial league win which helped them maintain their five-point lead at the top of the table over Manchester City. Diogo Jota opened the scoring for his club in the 23rd minute before academy graduate Conor Bradley scored a stunning goal to double his team's lead. Dominik Szoboszlai then further extended their lead with a strike in the second half while Luis Diaz sealed the fate of the match in the 79th minute with a fourth goal. Christopher Nkunku, who came as a substitute in the second half, scored a consolation goal for the London club, who put on another sorry display away from home.
DID YOU KNOW?
One of the four occasions Nunez hit the woodwork was when the Uruguayan failed to convert a penalty at the stroke of halftime, after Jota was brought down inside the Chelsea box. The Blues were denied a penalty of their own shortly before.
