WHAT HAPPENED?
Chelsea are plotting a summer transfer bid for the 24-year-old, according to Globo Esporte. However, Inter, Benfica, Wolves and Nottingham Forest are all reported to be in the frame to sign the shot-stopper in the summer.

The race to sign Bento is heating up, the report claims, as Athletico and the player's agent have received enquiries about his contract. His representative will meet with the Brazilian club in the coming days to discuss his situation. Having already rejected €15 million (£13m/$16m) offers for him, the Serie A side will demand significantly more for Bento, who came through the club's youth academy to become a first-team star.
