The last time Georgia played an offense as or more efficient than Mississippi’s, the Bulldogs gave 35 points in regulation to Tennessee. Ole Miss averages 6.9 yards per play, which is good enough for 10th in the FBS and .508 points per play, which ranks 16th.
Georgia’s secondary is its biggest weakness, and Ole Miss can certainly find some success today. Meanwhile, Ole Miss is giving up 4.8 yards per rushing attempt, which ranks them in the bottom third of the country.

Georgia hasn’t been too impressive this season, especially against ranked opponents. If not for overtime against Tennessee, Georgia would be 0-2 ATS against ranked opponents in 2025. The Bulldogs were 2.5-point favorites in Week 5 against Alabama but lost by three.
That marked Georgia’s first home loss since 2019. Meanwhile, Ole Miss managed to win and cover a few weeks ago against LSU, its only ranked opponent of the season so far. While it’s fair to expect the Bulldogs to be able to pull this one off at home, 7.5 points is a lot to be favored by.
