U.S. international Antonee Robinson bagged two assists Saturday as Fulham stunned Premier league leaders Liverpool 2-2 at Anfield. The Cottagers opened the scoring through Andreas Pereira 11 minutes into the tie, while supersub Rodrigo Muniz scored their second in the 76th minute, with Robinson delivering the final ball for both goals.
The opener was audacious assist to Pereira, with the left back slinging the ball from the opposite side of the pitch to find the boot of the Brazilian midfielder, who flicked home a volley with his outstretched boot. For their second, Robinson made a delightful inverted overlap run alongside Alex Iwobi, before sending the ball across the six-yard-box to find Muniz.
Liverpool's two respective goals came from Cody Gakpo and Diogo Jota, with the latter drawing level with minutes to spare to secure 10-man Reds a point after defender Andy Robertson saw red in the first half.
