    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Elneny has been a loyal servant for Arsenal over the past eight-and-a-half years. He helped them win the FA Cup in 2017 and was part of the sides that reached the finals of the League Cup a year later and the Europa League in 2019. While he was on the fringes in recent years, his Arsenal legacy is intact.

  • WHAT NEXT?

Elneny, who had a loan spell at Besiktas during the 2019/20 campaign, will now look for a new club. Before then, he will get his chance to say goodbye to fans on Sunday when they host Everton at the Emirates in their final game of the Premier League season.
