Madueke thought that he had won the argument, only to then see captain Conor Gallagher step in. He made it clear that <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/cole-palmer-speaks-out-chelsea-penalty-row-after-clashing-nicolas-jackson-noni-madueke-during-everton-win/bltc5c899b72db08f6f" target="_blank">England international Palmer is the Blues’ designated penalty-taker</a> – with that news not going down well with a 22-year-winger that has only three Premier League goals to his name this season.
