However, Real Madrid have clear plans for Guler and they intend to incorporate him into the first-team squad for the next season - reflecting the belief Carlo Ancelotti has in his abilities. Hence, despite Getafe's interest in taking Guler on loan, Real Madrid's management believes that keeping the young midfielder within their ranks will be more beneficial for his development and the team's overall dynamics.

The 19-year-old midfielder joined the Spanish giants last summer from Fenerbahce, where he had a standout season. But his stint in Spain did not have a smooth start as he faced numerous fitness setbacks, including knee injuries and muscular problems. Nonetheless, Guler managed to make a significant impact once he made his league debut in January scoring six goals in just four starts and 10 league appearances.

Guler's journey from Fenerbahce to one of the world's most prestigious football clubs is a testament to his skill and potential. He is expected to be a key player for Turkey in Euro 2024 and will be in action in a warm-up friendly against Poland on June 10 before the continental campaign opener against Georgia on June 18.
