    According to The Daily Mail, the 31-year-old has got a more favourable verdict from CAS following his appeal and will be able to play again in March 2025. The report adds the France international, who was suspended in September 2023 for testing positive for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), will be able to begin training in January. Now, the player himself has reacted to the news on social media.

    On Friday evening, the former Manchester United man posted a photo on social media of what would presumably have been him wearing 'Pogba' football boots and French socks. He also captioned it with an sand timer emoji, signalling his countdown to returning to football.

    Pogba was facing the potential of retiring from football if CAS had upheld his suspension. However, the midfielder can now think about returning to football in a matter of months. The 2018 World Cup winner still has just under two years left on his Juventus contract and he will have desires to play for his country again.
