WHAT HAPPENED?
A Nashville-based Chelsea fan Nathaniel, who recently recovered from cancer, broke down in tears after getting a special message from Blues defender Levi Colwill. Nathaniel is part of the 'Music City Blues' - a Chelsea fan group based in Middle Tennessee.
WHAT THE FAN SAID
Speaking to Chelsea FC USA, Nathaniel shared his life story as he said: "I was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and 'Make a Wish' contacted me and granted me a wish. I threw around the idea to go to London to meet Chelsea and I got to do it."
WHAT LEVI COLWILL SAID
Blues star Colwill shared a heartwarming message for Nathaniel as he said: "Hi Nathaniel, I just wanna share a quick message to say we are really inspired by your story. We want to send out a small gift to you in Nashville this weekend, and we'd love to invite you to come and meet us on our pre-season tour. See you soon, mate."

David - a fellow Blues fan and a member of the 'Music City Blues' - joined Nathaniel during the chat. He shared the story of how the fan group was created 11 years ago. During one of his visits to a local pub in 2013, he met Nathaniel and a bunch of Chelsea fans and that is when they decided to form the fan group.

Mauricio Pochettino's side, who have managed to win just two out of their last five Premier League matches, will be next seen in action on April 15 against Everton in a league clash. Colwill is still fighting to get back to full fitness after suffering a toe injury, and may not be ready in time for the fixture against the Toffees.
