WHAT HAPPENED?
Pochettino left Chelsea by mutual consent on Tuesday after just one season in charge of the London club and The Sun reports the Argentine has been highlighted by Sir Jim Ratcliffe as a potential candidate to take over at Old Trafford this summer. The INEOS chairman is said to be ready to initiate formal talks with the Argentine, who has also managed Tottenham in the Premier League.

United are reportedly considering firing Ten Hag after United's disappointing Premier League campaign. The Red Devils finished eighth in the table but can still end the season with a trophy as they take on Manchester City in the FA Cup final on Saturday. However, Ten Hag is expected to be let go regardless of the result.
