United's 15th-place finish last season was their worst in over five decades, and much will rest on Cunha’s shoulders as the club looks to rebuild under manager Ruben Amorim. The Brazilian forward arrives with a solid resume, having delivered 15 goals and six assists during his final year at Wolves.
Getty/GOALWHAT NEXT FOR CUNHA?
Cunha is scheduled to report to Carrington next Monday, where he’ll officially link up with his new teammates. This marks the start of his first pre-season as a United player, and expectations will be high following the club’s disappointing 2024–25 campaign.
