‘You never know’ - £60m target Matheus Cunha drops major transfer tease after being asked if he’s joining Man United

The Red Devils are looking to add an attacker to their ranks in the ongoing summer transfer window after the departure of Anthony Martial. They have been heavily linked with a move for Wolves attacker Cunha who is likely to cost £60m (€71m/$76m).

The Brazil international, who is currently in the US to take part in the upcoming Copa America 2024, recently dropped a hint about his future as he stated that he is honoured to see his name being linked with a big club like the Red Devils.

While speaking to one of his friends about his future, the 25-year-old said, "You know it's a real honour to have your name linked to Manchester United. It's one of the biggest clubs in the world. But I'm really happy at Wolverhampton. If I'm lucky I can play another good season. But the window is open, you never know."

The forward will be next seen in action for the Selecao who begin their Copa America journey on June 25 against Costa Rica at SoFi Stadium in California.
