- Revealed how Uruguayan can be the best in the Premier League

WHAT HAPPENED?
Nunez joined Liverpool from Benfica for a club-record fee of €80m (£68.3m) in the summer of 2022 despite strong interest from the Red Devils. The following season, United sealed a move for Hojlund from Atalanta to bolster their attack.
While the Uruguayan has had his critics during his first two years at Anfield, he did manage to score 18 goals across all competitions in the 2023-24 season. Hojlund, on the other hand, had a mixed debut campaign at Old Trafford, scoring 16 goals in 42 matches across all competitions.

Ex-United forward Yorke has opened up about the quality of the two strikers, admitting he would prefer to have Nunez as his main No.9 over Hojlund. He also pointed out one aspect of the Uruguayan's game that he needs to address to become the best striker in the Premier League.
WHAT DWIGHT YORKE SAID
Speaking to BoyleSports, who offer the latest Premier League betting, Yorke said: "If I could, I’d swap Rasmus Hojlund for Darwin Nunez because he has more in his locker. He has pace, he has power, he can head the ball, he has the presence - he just needs to improve his finishing and he’d be the best striker in the league. We need to wait and see if he can do that, but as a manager, I’d choose Nunez over Hojlund any day of the week."
