WHAT HAPPENED?
Antony joined Real Betis on loan in January after failing to impress at Manchester United under both Erik ten Hag and new boss Amorim. However, since his arrival at Los Verdiblancos, the Brazilian has turned a page and has been in top form for Manuel Pellegrini's team with eight goal contributions in 12 games.

As such, questions have been raised about whether Antony will return to Manchester United's first team next season. Amorim has now responded to questions pertaining to the Brazilian winger's future, with no option to buy included for Betis in their loan deal with the Red Devils.

Speaking to the media, Amorim said: "Antony to return? I'm planning the future but I don't want to talk about the future at this moment. I just want to focus on the games."
WHAT NEXT FOR ANTONY?
Real Betis hope to win the Europa Conference League this season, and Antony will be a key part of the Verdiblancos' push to win silverware. They will be back in action next when they take on Barcelona in La Liga on Saturday, April 5.
