De Gea began his career in Spain and now is set on finishing it back in his native country. The former United keeper joined from boyhood club Atletico in 2011 and would have returned to Madrid in 2015 if not for a faulty fax machine. Sought after by Real Madrid on many occasions, De Gea would snap up the chance to play in the Spanish capital once more.
