  • WHAT HAPPENED?

According to R7 journalist Jorge Nicola, Palace majority owner Textor has offered Ronaldo a percentage of the shares in his Eagle Football group - which controls Botafogo, Lyon, RWD Molenbeek, and FC Florida - and a significant percentage of 2025 FA Cup winners Palace. Botafogo are in this summer's Club World Cup, and if the 40-year-old signs for them, he could play in the competition.
