Cristiano Ronaldo sends heartfelt 'honour' message to Luka Modric after legendary Croatian confirms decision to leave Real Madrid

After 13 years at Santiago Bernabeu, Ballon d’Or winner Modric has announced that he will be bidding farewell to the Spanish capital when reaching the end of his contract. At 39 years of age, it remains to be seen what the future has in store for him.
