Chelsea were in with a shot of signing Jude when he was still a teenager at Birmingham City but in the end, he moved to Dortmund and the rest is history. It seems the Blues are eager not to repeat their Bellingham mistake, this time with younger brother Jobe. The report adds Tottenham and Crystal Palace are interested in the Sunderland ace but Chelsea joining the race is now seen as a 'game changer'.
