    Maresca made 10 changes in the Blues' starting lineup in the Conference League clash as Pedro Neto was the only player to have also featured against Tottenham last weekend. Under extreme weather conditions in Kazakhstan, a young Chelsea team performed well as they thrashed Astana 3-1.

    The Chelsea boss was particularly impressed by young English defender Acheampong, making his first start for the senior team, as well as George and Rak-Sakyi. The Italian coach was extremely happy to see the youngsters flourish under difficult circumstances.
