Arsenal fixtures 2023-24: Full Premier League schedule released, key dates & ticket details

A home opener in front of the TV cameras and a north London derby early doors - here's Arsenal's full 2023-24 Premier League schedule

Arsenal will kick off their 2023-24 Premier League campaign at the Emirates Stadium against Nottingham Forest on August 12, 2023. The Gunners were serious title contenders last season and Mikel Arteta's side will be desperate to get off to a flying start in front of the home supporters.

They won't have far to travel in August, with two London derbies to look forward to, but September promises to be a gruelling month, with games against Manchester United, Everton and a north London derby against Tottenham in store.

A renewal of hostilities with title rivals Manchester City will follow in October, a month which will also see them face off against London rivals Chelsea. A total of seven matches are scheduled for December, meaning a testing festive period lies ahead, as ever, but fixtures will, of course, be subject to change.

Should the Gunners find themselves in the hunt for glory at the business end of the season, they could have a fascinating run-in, with games against Spurs and Manchester United among those provisionally scheduled for May.

  • Arsenal's unmissable matches in 2023-24

    Naturally, the opening game of the season against Nottingham Forest will attract plenty of excitement and intrigue, but Arsenal fans will also be marking their calendars for the first north London derby of the season against Tottenham, which will be played on September 23, 2023 at the Emirates. The return fixture at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is scheduled for April 27, 2024, so there will be plenty of time to stew on the result of the first game.

    Arsenal will collide with Manchester United at home on matchday four on September 2, 2023 and that game promises to be interesting given the Red Devils' own designs on success and both teams will be eager to lay down a marker early on in the title race. They don't meet United again until the penultimate matchday on May 11, 2024, though it could turn out to be a crucial match.

    The Gunners' first meeting with Pep Guardiola's Manchester City will come on October 7, 2023 and that game will also be at the Emirates, so they will be desperate to make home advantage count. They lock horns with City at the Etihad on March 30, 2024 and that game could well be decisive, depending on how the picture turns out.

    Liverpool are among the teams Arsenal will face in an intense festive period, with a trip to Anfield scheduled for December 23, 2023 and the return match at the Emirates coming a few weeks later on February 3, 2024.

    Coverage of the 2023-24 Premier League season in the United Kingdom will be split between Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Amazon Prime – with it possible to catch live action across their television channels and streaming services.

    Highlights remain available via the BBC, with Match of the Day and Match of the Day 2 returning to screens in August.

    In the United States, NBC Sports has exclusive Premier League broadcast rights through to the end of the 2027-28 campaign.

    Arsenal begin their 2023-24 pre-season preparations with a friendly against Bundesliga side Nurnberg on July 13 in Germany before jetting off to the United States for a tour that involves games against the MLS All-Stars, Manchester United and Barcelona.

    Arsenal finished second in the Premier League last season, meaning they are straight into the hat for the Champions League group stage draw, which is scheduled for August 31, 2023.

    The Gunners are in Pot 2 for the draw and their first group matches won't be played until September 19 or 20.
