Arsenal agree personal terms with Cristhian Mosquera as Gunners close in on €20m transfer for Valencia defender

Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Valencia centre-back Mosquera, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano. Their opening offer of €14 million (£12m) was turned down by Valencia, but a new proposal is being prepared as the Gunners look to finalise the transfer.
