The Pittsburgh Pirates and Spencer Horwitz will be back in action Wednesday for game two of their three-game set against William Contreras and the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field.

Milwaukee, owners of the best record in all of baseball, have been riding a red-hot streak powered by timely hitting and stellar work on the mound. Heading into Tuesday night, the Brew Crew had rattled off 10 consecutive victories, fresh off a weekend sweep of the Mets in which their pitching staff limited New York to just 12 runs. They also boast the top home mark in the majors at 40-20, making American Family Field a tough place for visitors to get comfortable.

Pittsburgh, meanwhile, has endured a frustrating campaign, largely due to a sputtering offense. Their pitching staff has offered some bright spots, and the club has taken two of its last four series. Over the weekend, they split a four-game home set with the Reds, plating 19 runs. Life away from PNC Park has been a struggle, though, the Pirates enter Wednesday with a 17-40 road record.
