  1. Forest splash £37.5m on Hutchinson after EL confirmation

Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Omari Hutchinson from Ipswich Town for a reported fee of £37.5 million ($51m). Hutchinson joined Ipswich from Chelsea on loan during the 2023-24 campaign and helped the club gain promotion to the Premier League, after which he made his transfer permanent last summer. However, following the club's relegation, the attacking midfielder has joined Forest.

  2. Man Utd keep tabs on Baleba despite pulling plug on £100m+ bid

Manchester United will continue to monitor Carlos Baleba throughout the season after pulling the plug on their pursuit of the midfielder this summer. United, who were keen on signing the youngster in this window at Ruben Amorim's behest, decided to pull out of the deal on Friday after Brighton reportedly demanded a whopping £115 million ($156m), an amount they received from Moises Caicedo's transfer to Chelsea.

  3. Guardiola demands Man City players leave the club

Pep Guardiola has admitted Manchester City’s squad size is 'not healthy' after opening the Premier League season with a 4-0 victory against Wolves. Erling Haaland netted twice, while new signings Tijjani Reijnders and Rayan Cherki also scored, but Guardiola’s biggest concern was the number of players in his squad. With Ederson and Savinho linked with exits, he urged the club to trim numbers.

  4. Neville urges Man Utd to target 'big personalities' for No.1 spot

Gary Neville has called on Manchester United to act quickly in the transfer market and sign a new goalkeeper, warning that the lack of a commanding No.1 is "undermining" Ruben Amorim’s early attempts to rebuild the team. With Andre Onana sidelined and Altay Bayindir producing another costly error in the defeat to Arsenal, Neville insists United need a strong personality in goal to steady the squad.

  5. Guardiola makes bold transfer call on Lewis

Pep Guardiola has revealed that Rico Lewis has already told him he will stay at Manchester City, despite strong interest from Nottingham Forest. Nuno Espirito Santo's side are reportedly ready to double the 20-year-old’s wages in a bid to lure him away, but the Citizens remain determined to keep hold of one of their most exciting academy products.

  6. Isak or bust! Liverpool make key transfer decision

Liverpool have made Alexander Isak their clear transfer priority this summer, with talks confirming they will not pursue both the Newcastle striker and Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola. While the Reds admire the Frenchman, all focus remains on the Swede, who has told Newcastle he no longer wants to play for them. Liverpool’s £110 million ($149m) bid was rejected last week, but the saga is far from over.
