Apart from assessing the new signings, the former Young Africans SC head coach has revealed what Amakhosi now need in order to be a competitive outfit.
After struggling for over an hour against Abafana Bes'thende, Amakhosi's new signing came on with the magic strike and scored his debut goal that handed the Glamour Boys a win.
The former AS FAR Rabat coach believes the Glamour Boys should have collected their fourth win in a row on Wednesday night against the defending league champions.
A former Amakhosi star has, however, said he would have liked to see Maboe and Sipho Mbule play for the Glamour Boys, as they would have offered a deadly combination.
Although the former Amakhosi star is satisfied by how the club has strengthened, he has called for caution as far as early expectations on league success are concerned.
