Atalanta have rejected a £15 million bid from Everton for reported Chelsea target Franck Kessie, according to The Guardian.

The Italian club are keen to keep hold of the 20-year-old, who has scored six goals thus far this season, and are subsequently holding out for around £34m.
Chelsea suggested that they would be willing to pay around £21m for the midfielder in December and may launch an offer in this January window.
