Getty ImagesTHE BIGGER PICTURE
The 23-year-old, who has been linked with Liverpool and Manchester United in the past, could be the latest piece in City's latest rebuild under manager Pep Guardiola. After splashing out £180 million ($223m) in January on signings, more big moves are expected this summer as City try and regain their Premier League dominance.
Getty ImagesWHAT NEXT?
City are next in action at the Club World Cup later this month, where they face Juventus, Al Ain, and Wydad AC in the group stages. It remains to be seen if Ait-Nouri, whose contract runs until 2026 but Wolves have the option to extend a further year, will be signed before then.
