Liverpool eye Khvicha Kvaratskhelia: Reds considering rivalling PSG in bid to land Napoli winger in January

According to The Athletic, Liverpool are mulling over whether or not to make a move for the 23-year-old. The report adds that the 'lack of movement' regarding a contract extension has encouraged interest from frontrunners Paris Saint-Germain and also Chelsea.

Liverpool are reportedly 'attentive' to the Georgian international's situation, despite having Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo - both of whom can operate on his favoured left-hand side. The report adds the Reds admire the Napoli ace but are not specifically chasing the Barcelona-linked player.

Kvaratskhelia, whose contract runs until 2027, has scored 30 goals and bagged 29 assists in 107 appearances for Napoli to date.

Transfer speculation aside, Kvaratskhelia could feature for Napoli at home to Verona on Sunday in Serie A action.
