Crystal Palace are now close to agreeing a deal with Arsenal for Nketiah for a reported fee of £25 million ($33m) plus £5m ($6.6m) in add-ons, The Athleticreports. Nketiah is expected to accept the move as per the report and the deal is expected to go through smoothly.

Crystal Palace saw experienced striker Jordan Ayew join Leicester City, leaving them with only two strikers in their squad in the form of Jean-Philippe Mateta and the out-of-favour Odsonne Edouard.
