Arsenal learn Rodrygo asking price after holding talks with Real Madrid winger as Gunners continue summer search for new attackers

The Gunners, who fell short in the Premier League title race for the third season in a row, are in search of quality attacking options to bolster their squad ahead of the 2025-26 campaign. According to journalist Ben Jacobs, the English side reportedly held talks with Madrid winger Rodrygo in May and they have now learned the Spanish club's asking price for the Brazilian.

Jacobs claims that Los Blancos are expected to demand a whopping €90 million (£77m/$103.6m) for the Brazilian. It now remains to be seen if Arsenal will be willing to pay that sum, although they hold concrete interest in signing the attacker.

The Selecao star has been linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu this summer after he saw his game time reduced in the 2024-25 campaign amid fierce competition in the team's attack.

For now, Rodrygo remains focused on achieving success with Madrid at the Club World Cup in the US and could next be seen in action on Wednesday in their tournament opener against Al-Hilal.
