Journalist Helena Condis states that Fati's agent, Jorge Mendes, will meet with the 22-year-old to discuss his uncertain Barcelona future. She adds that the former Brighton loanee has interest from Chelsea, in addition to an offer from Monaco.

Fati was once billed as the next big thing at Barcelona but now he is barely playing for the Catalan outfit. The forward was reportedly very disappointed by his lack of minutes this season and it seems a parting of the ways is on the cards.

Barca academy product Fati, whose contract runs until 2027, has made just 11 appearances in all competitions this season. All three of his starts have come in La Liga but that is nothing to write home about.

Fati, who has also been linked with Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce, faces an uncertain future as the summer transfer window inches closer to opening next month.
