Crystal Palace winger Zaha reveals the song which cheers him up after a disappointing display

The 24-year-old says there is one track in particular which helps lift his spirits when he is feeling down after games

Crystal Palace and Ivory Coast winger Wilfried Zaha has revealed the song which helps raise his spirits after a disappointing display.

The 24-year-old says he regularly turns to music if he is feeling down and references 'Hit the Quan' by iLoveMemphis - inspired by a famous dance from Rich Homie Quan - as a soothing track for him.

Zaha, formerly of Manchester United, says the song helps him “forget” why he was low in the first place and makes him want to dance instead.
