Christian Martinez is doubtful after picking up a knock in the game against Panama. However, given that he had come on for Mauricio Cerritos, the attacking midfield position is set to remain unchanged.

Darwin Ceren, Marcelo Diaz and Bryan Landaverde are contenders to be deployed in midfield pivot roles.
