Should Egypt make it to the final of the competition, though, Salah may return to Ivory Coast to help his side, Klopp said.
"If he is fit before the final then probably yes, [he will go back]," the Liverpool coach told reporters.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Klopp and Liverpool will be excited to have the 31-year-old back once he is fit to play. The Reds managed to overpower Bournemouth without their talisman, though, as Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez scored twice each to fire Klopp's team to a 4-0 win on Sunday.

WHAT NEXT FOR SALAH?
Salah seems set to return to Merseyside to begin his recovery in the coming days. In the meantime, his Egypt co-stars will take on Cape Verde in their last group stage game, while his Liverpool team-mates will face Fulham in the Carabao Cup.
