Harry Kane's wife Kate & children surprise Bayern Munich star with special 10-year anniversary cake as he arrives back in Germany after England duty

England captain Harry Kane completed exactly 10 years on Thursday, March 27, since making his international debut at the senior level. The 31-year-old returned to Germany following the completion of the international break and was treated to a pleasant surprise from his wife, Kate, and their children, who celebrated Kane's 10th anniversary as an England player with a special cake. Kane took to Instagram to post a photo of himself with the cake, writing: "Thanks for all the messages today! This was a really nice surprise to come home to from the family. Means a lot to me to represent my country – some special memories and lots more to come!"

Kane made his debut on March 27, 2015, against Lithuania in a Euro 2016 qualifying game. He came off the bench to replace Wayne Rooney in the second half and marked his maiden appearance for the Three Lions with a goal just 79 seconds after entering the pitch.

Kane is England's all-time top scorer, with 71 goals in 105 caps for the country. He overtook Rooney's tally of 53 goals almost exactly two years ago, on March 23, 2023, when he scored a penalty in a 2-1 Euro 2024 qualifier game against Italy. With Kane leading the frontline, England have reached two European finals (losing both), while also reaching the World Cup semis. The former Spurs star reflected on his journey with the national team with a heartfelt post on X (formerly Twitter).

Kane is among the top goal scorers in Europe's five major leagues this season. He is leading Bayern Munich's push for the Bundesliga title, with the team six points clear of defending champions Bayer Leverkusen. Additionally, Bayern are through to the Champions League quarter-finals, where they will face Inter Milan.

Bayern No.9 will next be seen in action on Saturday, March 29, in a Bundesliga clash against St. Pauli.
