Erling Haaland spotted out of protective boot days after ankle injury as Man City star enjoys recovery time in Spain with son and girlfriend Isabell Haugseng
Erling Haaland has been spotted out of his protective boot mere days after the Manchester City star suffered an ankle injury.
The Norwegian was forced off during City's FA Cup quarter-final win over Bournemouth last weekend, with the 24-year-old later spotted in a protective boot. Days on from that blow, the striker has been pictured with girlfriend Isabell Haugseng and their young son in Marbella, Spain, this week. While Haaland used a crutch, he was wearing his regular shoes this time out.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Despite City's struggles in 2024/25, Haaland has still scored 30 goals for them. If Pep Guardiola's men want to qualify for next season's Champions League and win the FA Cup, it will be an awful lot harder to do without the big forward.

DID YOU KNOW?
Guardiola said earlier this week that Haaland would be sidelined for between five to seven weeks. If it is the latter, the ex-Borussia Dortmund star may miss the rest of the regular season.
WHAT NEXT?
While Haaland - who has vowed to come back soon - continues his rehab, City take on bitter rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
