Coleen Rooney wants Kyle Walker's 'shy' wife Annie Kilner to appear on £10m Disney documentary focusing on her life with husband & Man Utd legend Wayne to help launch fellow WAG's TV career

After seeing her stock soar on the 2024 edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, Rooney has been inundated with offers for media work. One of those has reportedly seen a deal struck with streaming giants Disney for a fly-on-the-wall ‘At Home With’ series. Said agreement is said to be worth £10 million ($13m).

Wayne and Coleen will figure prominently in the proposed show, alongside their four sons, but the plan is to invite close friends along for the ride. That is where Kilner comes in, with the long-time partner of AC Milan loanee Walker having grown close to the Rooneys.

A source has told Heat: "Filming for the new Disney series starts soon, and while the main focus will be Coleen’s life with Wayne and their sons, the producers want to widen the scope a bit to look at her life away outside of her family. They think having friends like Annie involved will generate even more interest, so they’re trying to persuade her to get on board."

The insider added, with Kilner having spent time in Wayne Rooney’s company during a trip to Dubai earlier this year: "Annie and Coleen are close, and she knows Annie would like to do more TV work, and she thinks her new show could be the perfect launchpad for her.

"Doing the odd scene with Coleen would help her get used to the cameras, and it would also give viewers the opportunity to get to know Annie better. It’s a win-win , as Annie would bring publicity for the show, too. Annie is quite shy, but Coleen has helped her boost her confidence over the past few years. Annie looks up to her a lot, and Coleen knows it would be a great opportunity for both of them."

Kilner, who has seen her personal life dominate headlines after Walker fathered two children with ex-Love Island contestant Lauryn Goodman, is said to have been lined up for a reality show of her own - which will focus on her new adventures in Italy.

Heat’s source went on to say: "Annie has always been quite private, but everyone seems to have an opinion about her and the situation with Kyle. A TV show could be a good way for her to control her narrative." Plenty of exciting opportunities are seemingly ready to be embraced, which will help Kilner to tell her side of the story in what has become a long-running soap opera.
