Myles Lewis-Skelly slammed for red card in Arsenal loss to West Ham as Gunners fans concede Premier League title hopes are over

With Arsenal a goal down, Lewis-Skelly was initially booked for cynically bringing down West Ham's Mohammed Kudus, before it was upgraded to a red card on review. The left-back was heavily criticised on social media as a result and now many Gunners supporters believe they have handed the Premier League title to leaders Liverpool after this 1-0 loss.

Lewis-Skelly is now suspended and Arsenal are eight points behind Premier League leaders Liverpool with just 12 games remaining. The Gunners will hope the Reds slip up at Manchester City on Sunday.

Arsenal will hope to return to winning ways when they face high-flying Nottingham Forest at City Ground on Wednesday.
