VIDEO: 'It's like Christmas!' - NFL superstar Travis Kelce vows to win Super Bowl LVIII for Antoine Griezmann after receiving signed Atletico Madrid shirt

The NFL tight end has enjoyed the animated backing of girlfriend Taylor Swift through the Chiefs' play-off run and can now count on support from the Spanish capital after he was gifted a shirt signed by Antoine Griezmann wishing Kelce and the Chiefs luck.

Griezmann, a famous fan of American sports, hooked up with the Chiefs earlier this season when they beat the Miami Dolphins in a game hosted in Frankfurt, swapping jerseys with quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and the Frenchman is cheering on the Chiefs in their bid to claim three Super Bowls in just five years on Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Inspecting the shirt at the 'Opening Night' media event at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Kelce said: "I appreciate it. I'm in the squad baby, I'll take it. It's like Christmas, man. We'll try and bring home the W for you."

The World Cup winner will be hoping to make it back from Sunday afternoon's La Liga clash in Sevilla in time to get the popcorn ready and get comfortable on the couch for the big kick off from Las Vegas on Sunday night.
